The following items have been identified in version 5.9. Shavlik is working to correct these issues:

(3343) The Deployment Notification email (set in Deployment Templates) will report “Successfully scheduled” for machines that are not on the network during the deployment
(4046) SafeReboot does not work correctly on machines running Vista OS; the machine will reboot without giving the SafeReboot warning and options
(4047) Deploying a service pack other than the latest Service Pack from the ‘Summary by Patch’ listing may attempt to install that service pack on machines that are at a higher service pack. The deployment will fail to those machines.
(4058) The Detailed Summary report may contain duplicate records if there are multiple patch groups in the scan template that was used for the scan.
(4203) SafeReboot does not work correctly on machines running a 64-bit OS; the machine will reboot without giving the SafeReboot warning and options
(4240) Rescanning a machine may fail if the credentials the machine was scanned with were of the format “.\\user_name”. Use “user_name” without the “.\\” when referring to a local machine account.
(4250) When the console is run on a Vista machine, PatchPush Tracker may not report the rescan status. The status might stay at “Pending reboot”.
(4251) When the console is run on a Vista machine, automated e-mails may not work.
(4260) The Item History report may show “agent” as the user name for Spyware agents instead of the correct user name
