This error will be in the HFNetChk System Errors.Log located here: C:\\Program Files\\Shavlik Technologies\\HFNetChkPro4\\Logs

The error usually occurs if a console that has been re-installed points back to the same SQL DB it was using before the re-install.

Cause

HFNetChkPro probably has a duplicate download center name.

Resolution:

Delete \"HKCU\\Software\\Shavlik\\HFNetChkPro4\\GUI\\Options\\DLCs\",
then add just the download center path that is really needed.
